STEAMFest 2025

Millburn Education Foundation is honoring Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math with STEAMFest 2025. During March and April, we're hosting STEAM-related competitions for K-12 students that are sure to challenge their busy minds. We hope you'll join us in this STEAM celebration!

• Virtual Chess Tournament (Grades K-12) – Virtual Tournament March 8
• Virtual Filmmaker Challenge (Grades 5-12) – Films DUE June 1
• In-Person Math Contest (Grades K-12) – Contest on March 22 - REGISTRATION CLOSES MARCH 16
• Virtual Coding Challenge (Grades K-12) – Submissions DUE March 16
• Virtual Environmental Challenge (Grades K-12) – Submissions DUE March 14
• In-Person USCF-Rated Chess Tournament (Grades K-12) – Tournament on March 23 – REGISTRATION CLOSES MARCH 16

On Sunday, March 23, 2025, we're hosting a STEAMFest Day at Millburn High School from 11pm-6:15pm. In addition to the STEAMFest In-Person Chess Tournament being held that day, we also have a few other highlights to mention:

• 1-4p - MHS Club and STEAMFest Sponsor Booths
• 1-4pm – FREE Robotics Demo at the Mill
• 1-4pm – FREE Tours of the MHS Media Den
• 4-5pm – Life in Millburn Storytelling
• 5:15-6:45pm - Careers in STEAM Fireside Chat
