STEAMFest 2024

Millburn Education Foundation is honoring Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math with STEAMFest 2024. During March and April, we're hosting STEAM-related competitions for K-12 students that are sure to challenge their busy minds. We hope you'll join us in this STEAM celebration!

• Virtual Chess Tournament (Grades K-12) – Tournament on March 16
• Virtual Filmmaker Challenge (Grades 5-12) – Films DUE April 3
• In-Person Math Contest (Grades K-3) – Contest on April 20
• Virtual Math Contest (Grades 4-12) – Contest on April 20
• Virtual Coding Challenge (Grades K-12) – Submissions DUE April 15
• Virtual Environmental Challenge (Grades K-12) – Submissions DUE April 15
• In-Person USCF-Rated Chess Tournament (Grades K-12) – Tournament on April 27 – REGISTRATION OPEN NOW THRU APRIL 24
• In-Person Art Challenge (Grades 9-12) – Challenge on April 27 – REGISTRATION OPEN NOW THRU APRIL 24

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, we're hosting a STEAMFest Day at Millburn High School from 12pm-7pm. In addition to the STEAMFest Challenges being held that day (Art Challenge & In-Person Chess Tournament), we also have a few other highlights to mention:

• 1-3:30pm – FREE Robotics Demo at the Mill
• 3:30pm – FREE Screening of the winning FilmFest Films at 3:30pm in the MHS Auditorium
• 6pm – STEAMFest AWARDS SHOW starting in the Auditorium where we will honor and celebrate all of the winners from all of our STEAM challenges!
